LIFETIME GUARANTEE: Any repairs that need to be done on these items will be done at no charge. For example: clasps and earring posts will be replaced, stones will be tightened, and links in bracelets will be strengthened. To keep your jewelry looking its best, we will clean and inspect it for you as often as you wish. This guarantee does not include replacing lost stones or lost jewelry.

RETURN POLICY: We will gladly accept, for store credit, any item returned, in its original condition, within 30 days of purchase. No cash refunds or credits to charge cards will be issued. The store credit has no time limit, and is non-transferrable.
